Use the simple checklist below to check your posture, the posture of your children, and those you care about. Early detection can help your long-term health, and allow you to live pain free for life!
The level of the head (ears), shoulders, and hips are important in determining if there is a spinal problem. If they are level, the spine is usually straight. If one side is higher than the other, a spinal curve exists, which results in pressure on the joints, discs, and nerves. If left undetected or uncorrected, spinal degeneration can occur. If your score is 25 or less we advise you book a thorough Chiropractic examination.
